Adding a new trigger to a new or existing form is very simple. Adding the email notification action, will allow your small business workspace to notify you via e-mail with ALL the information that was submitted from your website. To add an new action to an already existing webform, follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the Web Form App Icon
2. Click on the Web Form you would like to edit from the left rail list
   
3. Click the Edit Button near the top right corner
   
4. Click on the Trigger button on the right side of your screen
   
5. Click Add Action near the middle of your screen
   
6. Choose E-mail form submission option from the drop down & then type in ANY e-mail address you would like the information submitted to
   
7. Click the Save Action button,
   
   • IF you would like to add more e-mail address start back at Step 5
8. Click the Save Form button located at the bottom right of your screen.

Use Akismet to filter out those unwanted spam comments, keeping your website spam free! To get started you must first activate this plugin, no need to download it as this plugin comes with the core files of WordPress. Once activated in WordPress you will need to sign up for an account at the Akismet website and receive a free personal blog product key via email. This key allows the spam filters at Akismet to start monitoring your blog.

Thank Me Later (TML)

The Thank Me Later (TML) plugin is all around fantastic! It allows you to setup predetermined emails that can be sent to the people who have commented on your website. It also uses a piece of code called tokens to personalize the email messages that are sent to your clients. TML creates a navigation tab within your WordPress dashboard where you can quickly and easily add, edit or customize your automated emails! Use this plug-in to reach out one more time to get site visitors to come back and comment regularly!

All-In-One Event Calendar

Create events within a calendar and post that calendar onto your website for visitors to view. There are a ton of options, all of which are very user friendly. Simply add a date to the calendar from your WordPress dashboard. You can choose a single date or repeat the event daily, weekly, monthly or annually. When a website visitor is viewing the calendar and they scroll their mouse over an event, they will be given the option to click for more details. WP Property

This Plugin is for Realtors & real estate professionals, it allows you to create real estate property listings you have for sale. Upload images, add features, lease info, price and more. Once an address is added to the property info, Google maps then takes the photo you have uploaded for the property and places it on a map for your visitors to use! These features allow you to easily create professional real estate property listings. One great feature that this plugin has is the ability to add multiple pictures to each listing. Now, you can showcase the most attractive features of your property!

Launching your profile is easy, signin to your GMail account and click the profile link in the top left corner or click Google+ to create your profile. There are only three steps to getting your profile setup, the first being where you’ll enter your name and gender. The second step gives you the opportunity to invite friend or family to Google+. The third will ask for your general information like who is your employer, educational history and geographical location the same usual social networking info. That’s it you’ve successfully launched your Google+ profile.

Once that is all set be sure to stop by the Finer Solution Google+ Page and click the +1 button along with adding us to what’s referred to as a circle. This is done by opening a profile and clicking the Add to Circles button near the top right corner of your browser. Once you’ve added us into a circle locate the Hangout icon located on the left hand side in the navigation. Click the Hangouts icon to see any number of public hangout that are currently going on, you will notice on the right hand side of your screen, Invites to Hangouts. These are hangouts that are launched by someone within your circles.

Google AdWords — When searching on Google you’ve seen those ads listed on top and to the right of the search results? Ever wonder how it’s done? Google AdWords, your small business can advertise on the #1 site on the internet and it’s really not as complicated as you’d think. To start creating your first ad, sign into the Gmail account you would like to use, then head over to www.adwords.google.com. What are tokens? Tokens are an easy way to display a company name, a signature, telephone number or any piece of content you would like to be consistent with every time. Tokens can even be used to customize your e-mail broadcasts — say you would like to personalize a broadcast with a contacts full name. Simple, use the pre-defined token {%FirstName%}{%LastName%} and the system will personalize every broadcast to match the recipients name.
