Customer Information

All Finer Solution customer account information is held confidential. We do not sell our customer list or customer information to any other entities. Customer information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, fax number and billing information is collected for the sole purpose of providing services to our customers and notifying them of improvements to our products and services.

From time to time, we will send special offers and promotional notices via mail, email, fax, and/or voice broadcast to our customers and to prospects who have expressed interest and have requested such information. At any time, customers may “opt-out” of such offers and notifications by following the opt-out link on the specific offer received, or by contacting us using this form.

Opt-In / Opt-Out Information

Finer Solution is a provider of email marketing services. If you receive an email from an @finersolution.com email address you most likely opted in to one of our users mailing lists. If you did not, please forward the email you received to abuse@finersolution.com so we can make sure to inform our customer of the email you received without requesting it. To opt out of an email sent to you from an @finersolution.com email address, simply click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you received. All emails sent from an @finersolution.com email address should contain an Unsubscribe option. If it does not please contact us at abuse@finersolution.com so we can resolve the issue.

Finer Solution does not tolerate spam from it’s users. If you receive an email that you did not request, please contact us right away.

Customer Information

All contact information generated by our customers and the data we store for our customers are held and protected in strict confidence using advanced security measures. All contact information is managed by the Finer Solution account owner and not shared with any other party, including Finer Solution. Finer Solution does not use our customers data, nor do we sell or share customer information with any other party.
